It's not hard people. RLUSD needs XRP to exist if it's going to be on XRPL. Every token on XRP needs to hold XRP in order to move it around the ledger. So that means when RLUSD comes in, it costs xrp to "create" and "move". Now imagine once digital yuan, digital yen, RWAs: they all need XRP if they are to be on the XRPL. That's the main reason why they aren't in competition to each other. Also, stablecoin benefits are....its being STABLE. Not sure why people are making this hard to understand lol. Starting to think they are doing this on purpose. Lastly, it costs XRP to create trustlines on XRPL. That means when wallets want to have RLUSD option in their wallet, it costs 2 XRP to create and reserve that trustline. Now imagines CBSCs and these banks have millions of customers who want to have this digital currency of their country on the ledger. That's millions of xrp being "locked" up and out of circulation.

What I took from this is that XRP will only be useful in the "future of the internet of value" and when all the things are "tokenized and on-chain" (which has to happen first), at which point XRP will be an efficient asset. So, in the LONG TAIL aka "IN A LONGER TIME," watch from 11:00, where they flip the narrative. She was talking about cross-border payments but then suddenly talked about tokenized assets. Keyword "assets" So, all in all, invest in XRP in the future, not now. Thoughts?

I do recall awhile back Brad Garlinghouse specifically saying there was no need for a stable coin because "we have the US dollar" he said it many times and now the winds have changed... 🤔
